Refund Policy

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on coffee products, since all coffee is roasted to order.  All other non-coffee merchandise (e.g. mugs, apparel, etc) are currently not eligible for return or exchange due to COVID-19.  If there is an issue with your product(s), please contact us via email.  If a refund or replacement is deemed necessary, pictures of non-coffee merchandise in question must be provided prior to a replacement or refund being issued.
